betbk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any betbk Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon Account closure for reasons other than Player-initiated self-exclusion or breach, betbk will return any verified real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, net of any applicable charges or offsets. Balances subject to open investigations may be withheld pending resolution.

betbk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details held on their Account (SMS notification to registered mobile number and/or Platform notification) no fewer than seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect, where practicable.
Non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter Player rights or obligations, and updates required by PAGCOR regulations on short notice — may take effect immediately upon publication.
